Directory visits and searches

The directory does not provide user accounts, payments, uploads, or comments. The application does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, application cookies, local storage, or session storage. Fonts and editorial icons are served with the site.

Searches filter the directory in your browser. Search words and category or sorting choices appear in the page URL. That URL may be stored in browser history, included when you copy a link, or appear in requests to our hosting provider. Do not enter confidential information into search.

Vercel hosts the website and may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser or device information, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the service. Infrastructure providers may use their own security mechanisms. We do not promise that visiting the site produces no personal data or that infrastructure logs are deleted immediately.

Public creator information

Listings include public template names, creator display names and handles, source links, and source dates. We use these details to identify and attribute the templates and provide an independent directory. Public availability does not remove a creator’s privacy or intellectual property rights. Contact us to request a correction or raise a concern about a listing.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to include. We use them to respond, investigate privacy or content concerns, and keep necessary records of their resolution. Please send only information needed for your request and avoid passwords, access tokens, or unrelated sensitive documents.

Our contact address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward incoming mail to a Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google therefore process messages and delivery information as part of providing those services. Email forwarding is separate from the website; this directory has no contact form or mail database.

Purposes, providers, and retention

We process information to provide and secure the directory, maintain accurate attribution, answer messages, address rights requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on applicable legitimate interests in those activities or on legal obligations, subject to rights and balancing requirements under applicable law.

Service providers may process data outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not use directory data for targeted advertising or sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, or legal claims.

We retain listing information while it remains relevant to the directory and keep correspondence only as needed to handle requests, document outcomes, or meet legal requirements. Provider logs, backups, and mail systems have their own retention practices; we do not claim a fixed deletion period for data we cannot directly control.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email suppor@grokbots.pro with the relevant listing or information and your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. We will respond as required by applicable law, explain any limits, and cannot promise instant deletion from independent third parties or backups. You may also have the right to complain to your relevant data protection authority.

External sites and policy changes

Template and source links lead to xAI, creators, and other independent services. Their privacy practices and terms govern activity there. We do not control their account requirements, tracking, or data handling.
